I found eventbrite very useful especially when some fayres are free and you get goody bags.. the goody bags are mostly useless but it’s the little highs and lows when you’re planning. Open days are based at the venues themselves, they put on a ‘fake wedding’ to show off the local vendors and how the venue would look.
