Terms and Conditions
You have seven days from the point of purchase to cancel your plan or purchase with a full refund if you are not happy with the services provided. If you have purchased a plan but have not used any time within the first 14 days of purchase, you can request to change your support plan or have your payment refunded. Refunds are strictly not given after these periods. I will not undertake any form of cold calling work via the telephone.

Please be aware that if tasks you provide need licenses, specialist software, subscriptions, or similar, these may need to be purchased by you. If you require phone calls to be made, this will be made via Microsoft Teams or telephone.
You can cancel anytime but fees for time not used will not be refunded. Any time not used will roll over to the following month and will be banked for up to 1 month. I reserve the right to cancel at any time. If I cancel our services with you an explanation will be provided and a refund will be given for any time not spent. What happens if I want to cancel my retainer plan?
You can cancel your support plan at any time, but we recommend informing us in advance of your intention to cancel before your next reset date. Your reset date is the day you initially started your plan, and it will be the same date your monthly payment is processed. I will proceed with the cancellation, allowing you to utilise your remaining time until then. Any unused or previously banked time will carry over for up to one month. What happens if I sign up for a support plan without booking a call?
Not everyone prefers phone conversations, and that’s perfectly okay! If you’re ready to get support and wish to jump right in, you can choose your ideal support plan without the need for a preliminary call. I’ll reach out to you through email to learn more about your specific requirements.
What happens if I don’t use all of my time?
I try to be as flexible as possible, therefore, I allow my clients to roll over their time for up to 1 month. You can also pause your plan until your rolled over time is used up. There aren’t many VA’s that will do that!
What if I want my VA to do something they do not know how to do?
If I’m unsure how to accomplish something essential for you, I will seek assistance from some of my favourite virtual assistants to ensure your needs are met.
Do you offer retainer plans?
Yes. I offer retainer virtual assistant service packages for ongoing clients. You pay a monthly fee based on the hours you need. Hours can be transferred to the following month if not used (max of 5 hours).
What about password security?
I do not store any client passwords or user account information on our local machines. I use LastPass to tokenise and encrypt the username and password data. LastPass also allows you to revoke user accounts at any time.
What hours do you work?
Although I currently work full time in retail, I do make time for my clients on Wednesday between 8am and 5pm. I do ad-hoc hours in the week between 6pm and 10pm. I do not work bank holidays.
